In Certain Dental Ceramics, Products Thereof, and Methods of Making the Same, Inv. No. 337-TA-1050, the Commission found that there was “no violation” and ensures their client’s Initial® LiSi Press lithium disilicate ingots will be available to dentists and dental laboratories without disruption.
